 Conducting strategic, thematic and project evaluations and reviews at the country and headquarters levels;
 Advising on evaluation functions, including peer reviews of evaluation functions, as well as conducting quality assessments of evaluation reports;
 Knowledge of bilateral and multilateral development cooperation, in particular, Swiss development cooperation and operational activities of the United Nations development system;
 Economist with private sector experience;
 Trainer, facilitator and moderator.
