APPEAR (Austrian Partnership Programme in Higher Education and Research for Development) is the higher education and university cooperation program of the ADC (Austrian Development Cooperation) and is implemented by the OeAD (Austrian Agency for Education and Internationalisation). The first project evaluation of the current APPEAR programme phase is to be awarded within the next months. 15 ongoing projects in seven countries will be evaluated, field research is not planned.
